Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Jasper County, Missouri. You consent to personal jurisdiction in that forum.

Products & Made-to-Order Nature

All products sold by Joplin 3D Printing are made to order using 3D printing technology. Because each item is produced specifically for your order:

• Colors may vary slightly from on-screen representations due to monitor calibration differences and natural variation in filament batches.
• Minor layer lines, support marks, or surface texture are inherent characteristics of FDM 3D printing and do not constitute defects.
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at time of order is binding for that order.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. If we cancel an authorized card order, the authorization hold will be released.

Payment Terms

We accept card payments (via Stripe) and cash payments where available, as configured on the checkout page.

Card payments use manual capture. When you check out with a card, your payment is authorized (a hold is placed on your funds) but not yet charged. The charge is captured only after an employee confirms your order. If we cancel your order before confirmation, the hold is released and no charge is made. After confirmation, cancellation may result in a refund per our Return Policy.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount, including any applicable taxes or shipping fees.

Custom Quotes

Quote requests for custom print or design services are subject to feasibility review. We reserve the right to decline requests that:

• Are beyond our current technical capabilities.
• Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Depict illegal content or violate our acceptable use standards.

Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date the quote is issued. Acceptance of a quoted price constitutes agreement to those terms and initiates fulfillment.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Submit files or designs that infringe on patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limiting, security controls, or access controls on our website.
• Use automated tools to scrape, bulk-query, or abuse our APIs without authorization.
• Upload malicious files, scripts, or content intended to harm our systems or other users.

Intellectual Property

All original content on this website — including product images, descriptions, branding, and custom designs created by us — is the property of Joplin 3D Printing. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

3D model files and reference images you upload as part of a quote request remain your property. By uploading them, you grant us a limited license to use those files solely to evaluate and fulfill your request. We will not share your files with third parties.

You represent that any files you upload do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to print any model you submit.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Missouri law, Joplin 3D Printing and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The updated date at the bottom of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our discretion, including for violation of these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
