- 3D model and reference files — files you upload as part of a print or design quote request.
- Cart and wishlist — items saved in your browser's local storage (guests) or our database (signed-in users).
- Behavior analytics — page views and session data collected to understand how the site is used. No names or emails are attached to these events.
How We Use Your Information
- Process and fulfill your orders and quote requests.
- Send order confirmations, status updates, and quote messages to your email address.
- Validate your delivery address against our delivery range using OpenStreetMap geocoding.
- Send abandoned cart reminder emails to signed-in users who left items in their cart (you can opt out in your account settings).
- Analyze site usage to improve the experience (aggregated analytics only).
- Respond to customer service inquiries.
We do not use your information for advertising, sell it to data brokers, or share it with any third party except as described in “Service Providers” below.
Service Providers
We use the following third-party services to operate our business. Each processes your data only as necessary to provide the service:
- Supabase — database hosting, user authentication, and file storage. Your account data, orders, quotes, and uploaded files are stored on Supabase infrastructure.
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. Your card data never touches our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs data collected during payment.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (order confirmations, status updates, quote messages).
- Nominatim / OpenStreetMap — address geocoding to calculate delivery distance. Only your delivery address string is sent; no personally identifying information beyond the address is shared.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use the following browser storage mechanisms:
- Cookies — authentication session cookies (httpOnly, Secure) to keep you signed in. These are essential and cannot be disabled while using account features.
- Local storage — shopping cart contents, wishlist items (guests), recently viewed products, and user preferences such as sort order. This data stays on your device.
- Session storage — temporary data used during checkout (e.g., cart contents passed to the order form). Cleared when you close the browser tab.
We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
Data Retention
- Account data — retained until you delete your account or request deletion.
- Orders and quotes — retained as needed for legal, tax, and dispute purposes (typically 7 years per Missouri recordkeeping standards).
- Behavior analytics events — automatically deleted after 90 days.
- Quote files — retained as long as your account is active or until you request removal.
- Email queue records — purged after successful delivery or permanent failure.
Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access — view your stored profile, orders, and quotes from your account page.
- Correction — update your name, email, phone, and address in account settings at any time.
- Deletion — permanently delete your account and associated data from the “Danger Zone” section of your account page. Order records may be retained as described above for legal purposes.
- Email preferences — opt out of order status emails, quote message notifications, and abandoned cart reminders in your account settings. Order confirmations and essential communications are not optional.

Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption, httpOnly cookies, Row-Level Security on our database, and PCI-compliant payment handling via Stripe. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
