Made-to-Order Products
Because all items are 3D printed to order, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind. Each piece is custom-produced specifically for your order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled while they are still in "pending" status from your order history page. Once an order has been confirmed and printing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days. Cash order refunds will be arranged directly with the customer.
